My friend's personal account was disabled about 4 years ago, which is a real bummer After 4 years, we thought about trying to appeal. We filled the appeal form "My Personal Account was Disabled" (https://www.facebook.com/help/conta...) When entering the email address, the form showed an error message: "Invalid Email Address - The email address you entered is not associated with a Facebook account. Please enter an email address associated with the disabled Facebook account." (see attached image) BUT, when trying to create a new account with the same email address, I get the opposite error message: "The account that owns the email address you entered has been disabled" Seems like something is not right, and we can't send an appeal to restore my friend's old account (which he'd really like to do) Please help. Thanks
